Day 1 – Hydrate + Lemon Water


💧 Pre-Easter detox tip: Hydrate with lemon water to support liver cleansing.


Start your morning with 16 oz of warm water and half a lemon. This jump starts digestion, alkalizes the body, and stimulates liver detox pathways.


Goal: Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water today. Add mint, cucumber, or ginger for variety.

Day 2 – Cut Sugar
