Strong Immunity is the Key

Not sure if you saw my article I posted last week about the virus. Washing your hands and sanitizing spaces is great but I'd like to remind everyone that strengthening your immune systems is crucial.


When you have a strong immune system, germs don't stand a chance. Over the counter medications and antibiotics only create more havoc in your system and further deplete your immunity. A wholefood diet predominately made up of 70% veggies and fruits which go hand in hand with friendly bacteria (DDS 1 strain), live enzymes taken when eating cooked foods and minerals that come from a the oldest life source on earth....can you guess what it is? These 3 biological requirements plus eating clean is how you avoid this virus.


Stop with the processed junk and start paying attention to the ingredients you put in your body. You have one body, take care of it and it will take care of you.
