1 cup coconut water

½ avocado

½ cup blueberries

1 tsp dulse flakes (iodine)

1 tbsp flaxseeds

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Dressing: Olive oil + lemon juice + sea salt

1 cup bone broth

½ cup steamed cauliflower

Day 2: Rebuild & Nourish

Ingredients:

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup coconut yogurt

½ tsp cinnamon

½ cup quinoa

¼ avocado

1 tbsp sauerkraut

Instructions: Fill collard leaf, roll like a burrito, and enjoy.
