Sorry it's been a while since I've posted anything. The last few months have been super busy with moving into my beautiful new home, I also finally completed my course and am now a Certified Functional Nutritionist Counsellor! So exciting but extremely taxing in so many ways. But, now I am back!

Lately, I've been working with so many people that have suffered major setbacks in their health through the use of antibiotics. Don't get me wrong, if needed for a life saving event then I agree but not for a simple sore throat. I hope you find it helpful.
