Health from The Inside Out

I’ve always received compliments on looking younger than I am and how my skins glows. Eating whole food supplements is part of my daily health regimen. In fact, it’s become one of my passions to share with you all that healthy skin starts with a healthy body, especially a healthy gut. What you eat directly affects your skin. And, as we all know, what you put on your face and body can also affect skin’s health. That’s why I like to incorporate probiotics, enzymes, and algae into my supplement and skincare routine.

That’s right, my supplements aren’t just for the inside!

With the cold weather creeping in, your skin needs more attention than ever. Antioxidants, gentle exfoliation, and hydration are all things that should be present in your skincare. Here are one of my favorite natural blends I’ve added to my routine.

Face and Body Scrub/Mask:

¼ cup of Coconut Oil

½ cup of Pick Himalayan Salt

1 Tablespoon of Essentials Blend

Mix all ingredients in a recycled jar. I like my scrubs to be thick and creamy, but you can adjust by adding more Pink Himalayan salt until it’s a consistency you like.
